Example evdience pieces
The example pieces shown below are taken from the blood sciences portfolio and may not exactly match your discipline specific portfolio.
The pieces selected are more objective in type (i.e. evidence taken directly from the work place) but you may include other types of portfolio evidence (e.g. witness statements, case studies, reflective types etc.). They should give you an overview of good evidence types and how to lay out your evidence piece.
